References ovf:href

Hello.

Is it possible  to use absolute urls in reverence section?

    <File ovf:href="http://ABSOLUTE_URL" ovf:id="file1" ovf:size="11111"/>

  </References>

I tried to import such OVF into Virtual Center but request goes to  OVF_LOCATION_PATHhttp://ABSOLUTE_URL  -  to invalid URL
